If you’re like me, I want everything to look sleek and clean. I also want to feel secure. My home had sliding glass doors; but I hated that baby gate looking door lock. While on vacation we found this sleek door lock that mounts to the frame of sliding glass doors.
They work by passing a peg between both doors. To install mark the union of both doors, follow the instructions. You will need to drill the metal frame where the doors meet. Be careful not to break the glass of the doors.
Hire a professional if this is not your forte. The lock is just a few dollars, but the results are amazing.
